Located on a steep foreshore site in Seaforth on Middle Harbour, Sydney Australia.
The design includes four attached two storey terrace house type dwellings over a common underground car park and service level with a shared lift access.
Large terraces on each level create a stepped form that relates to the fall of the landscape, making the most of the sites harbour views from every level.
Structural steel pergolas with adjustable infill louvres and glass skylights control and improve solar access in response to the building southern aspect.
External materials include rendered masonry , concrete and steel. The built form is enhanced by two predominate colours.
