Andrew St, Point Arkwright

The site is located on a beachfront reserve on the Sunshine Coast Queensland and offers  panoramic beach views with direct beach access.

Three prestige apartments are located above on grade parking, one apartment per level.

The project provides a shared lift , a common pool with landscaped courtyards.

The design incorporates,  large covered terraces with adjustable gas strut timber screens panels to provide screening and privacy.

The use of white as the major colour unifies the built forms and screens and enhances the spectacular views of the ocean from every level.

External materials include rendered masonry and feature stone cladding. Skillion roofs with large overhangs and adjustable shade screens are in keeping as a response to the sites sub-tropical location creating a relaxed casual elegance.
