OHANA, Noosaville

The site is located adjacent to a river frontage in Noosaville on the Sunshine Coast in Queensland
AUST.

The redevelopment of this site required a sub division into three stand – alone sites to give flexibility
in the design to respond to market conditions.

Three separate structures are arranged over individual on grade parking. Each building has two three
bedroom units, each occupying a whole level all accessed by lift and each provided with their own
pool and landscaped courtyard areas.

The unit floor plans all respond to their north and east orientation providing good solar access and
views to the river.

The built for is derived from its sub- tropical location. Large skillion roof over hangs and louvered
balcony areas provide external rooms accentuating an indoor outdoor feel.

The building creates a sense of openness throughout , all in considered crisp detailing.
