Park Road, Noosa

A project that is nestled next to the Noosa National Park in Noosa Heads .

The design incorporates two single level 3 bedroom apartments over a common basement car park and service level. There is a shared secured lift and stair access.

This is a large scale duplex development with each apartment having its own pool and private terrace areas.

External materials include concrete, rendered masonry and feature stone cladding. Skillion roofs with large overhangs with steel pergolas and adjustable shade screens are in keeping as a response to the sites sub-tropical location creating a relaxed casual elegance.
